Engine Engine (Beat Sheet Black and White)

  • This beat sheet for "Engine Engine" is great to use to get students to keep the beat. All they have to do is point to each picture on the beat as they say the rhyme. I give each student their own black and white copy to use individually and to colour in.
  • I use a laminated colour copy to demonstrate out the front of the classroom, choosing students to come out and show me "how they keep the beat".
