Flash Cards (Rhythm Ti-tum)

  • I use these flash cards to practise "ti-tum"(quaver, dotted crotchet) with a variety of other rhythms.
  • You can have students clap rhythms as a class, in small groups or individually for assessment purposes.
  • I like to print each set of flash cards on different coloured cardboard so it's easy to keep each set together.
  • Each card is four beats. For longer rhythms, I simply line up more of the cards and ask students to clap them without stopping.
